Here are 100 simple, beautiful, and good things to be grateful for in life, no matter what’s going on around you.

I was fresh out of college when I first heard about the practice of making gratitude lists.
That was about five years ago, when five-minute gratitude journals were everywhere and people were talking about writing ‘three things you’re grateful for’ every morning.
I’ve come across many trends since then (we are living in the age of social media, after all), but gratitude still remains a practice close to my heart, and I don’t ever want to see it fade away.
Gratitude is a feeling, practice, and habit that can transform your perspective.
It can turn a bad day into good, make a good day feel even better, and save you from the trap of comparison and thinking you don’t have enough (you do, trust me, you do).
Now, the purpose of this post isn’t to force positivity on you. Nor am I telling you that gratitude will fix everything that’s not right in your life.
But sometimes, our vision gets so narrow that we forget there are still small, good things happening around us. Ordinary things that may not be grand, but are beautiful in an undescribable way.
I’ve made this list to remind both you and me that even when some things in life feel weird, wrong, or broken, there are also things that are still working.
And when you start noticing these things, that’s when the magic known as gratitude happens.

So, go ahead, start reading. You’ve got a lot of gratitude to tap into today!

Every single thing on this list is a reason to appreciate and love your life, but I understand that not everything might relate to you in this moment.
For today, just take what you can from this post, even if it’s just one thing.
And in the future, whenever you feel losing faith, interest, or joy, just come back and let all these things remind you that you have a lot to be grateful for.
It might not solve everything, but it simplifies everything for sure, and in today’s confusing times, that can make all the difference.
