I sing praises of green tea in almost all of my posts in my category of Healthy Living.
At this point, I won’t be surprised if anyone complains about how often I repeat this point.
But I honestly can’t help myself. Green tea changed my life, no kidding. And I want my readers to benefit from it the same way I did.
Green tea is excellent for hydration, aids in weight loss, helps you relax, increases your focus level, boosts your immune system, and is a perfect detox skin.
But most importantly, it is one of the most hailed drinks when it comes to reducing bloating.
Green has caffeine, which acts as a digestive stimulant.
It is also known to have plenty of antioxidants that reduce inflammation in your digestive system.
So naturally, after a heavy meal, your body would love a cup of hot green tea.
(Iced green tea might not be a good idea, since anything cold is harder for your body to digest, so your tummy won’t welcome it.)

2. Coconut Water
Coconut water is a naturally-occurring healing drink, that’s loaded with golden benefits.
It’s amazingly good for hydration and tastes sweet. I could seriously write a separate post on this drink (and I probably should.)
