It seems simple enough on paper — spend quality time with yourself, and step back into the world feeling happy and pampered.
Yet I see so many people around me struggling to be in their own company. And this includes me too, on my weird days when I can’t seem to connect to myself.
I wish it was as simple as lighting a candle and calling it a day, but that isn’t enough to make your inner self feel good.
You need to put in some amount of effort, and a whole lot of love to be able to find the joy that resides in your heart.
