10-Minute Morning Routine For A Quick Recharge
1. Drink A Glass Of Warm Water (1 Minute)
After being in sleep mode throughout the night, your body is dehydrated. By drinking water first thing in the morning, you can kickstart your hydration for the day.
Water has calming tendencies, and connecting yourself to it first thing in the morning is a nice way to slow down your busy mind.
You want to make your water warm so that it can act as a detox drink and flush the toxins from your body. It also aids digestion and keeps your gut healthy.
Don’t drink your water in one gulp. Find a comfortable spot, and take small sips from your glass for better hydration.
Whether your morning routine is 10 minutes long or an hour long, this is the starter habit that cannot be excluded. Also, it hardly takes 1 minute to do.

3. Deep Breathing (2 Minutes)
You could be the busiest person in the world, but that doesn’t have to mean your mind is busy as well.
A calm brain will take you a long way to staying happy while still being productive. So, every morning, take 2 minutes to focus just on your breaths.
Deep breathing is an excellent way to practice mindfulness and bring awareness to the present moment.
Go to your favorite spot in the house – the floor in your room, the balcony, your recliner by the window – whichever place brings you peace of mind.
And then, inhale deeply, filling up your belly with air, and release whenever you feel ready.
With every exhale, allow yourself to let go of everything that weighs you down, and absorb the morning bliss floating in the air.
At any point during the day, feel free to indulge in this practice whenever you need a mental break.
